Housing Choices has an exciting part-time (22.8 hours per week) 12-month opportunity available for a Marketing and Communications Advisor to join its team based in Adelaide. The purpose of this role is to elevate and drive the profile of Housing Choices South Australia (state office) amongst the community and key markets, through marketing and media opportunities as well as safeguarding and enhancing the national and state brands’ reputation amongst tenants.

UnitingSA is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Maintenance Coordinator to support
UnitingSA Housing asset management operations. Located at Port Adelaide, the
Maintenance Coordinator provides a professional and effective response to tenants
living within its community housing sites and enjoys working in a busy environment.

The Maintenance Coordinator’s key responsibilities are to undertake building
inspections and arrange and supervise all maintenance repairs within budget and
required timeframes, including development of maintenance plans and
procedures.
