Located in Adelaide and reporting directly to the General Manager of Housing Services, the Asset Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for effectively managing and delivering all maintenance operations and leading effective management of the SPM asset management system.
This process-driven role will require the incumbent to have a strong understanding of industry contract management, regulated accommodation standards and project delivery procedures.
As a member of the Leadership Group of the Housing Services portfolio, the role will contribute to a customer centric service approach that is driven to achieve successful results for tenants, ensuring an integrated approach to tenancy and asset management.
