Hal Pawson, Associate Director of the City Futures Research Centre at the University of NSW has published an article today (originally published at The Conversation), on the recent Productivity Commission Report ‘Introducing Competition and Informed User Choice into Human Services: Identifying Sectors for Reform‘.
